After the tribunal hearing, the process doesn’t stop there. There is essential follow up and dialogue, especially in communicating with the Owner, to ensure that the result is achieved in line with the orders made at the hearing.
Communicating with the Owner during and especially after the hearing is a crucial step to ensuring that all parties are receiving the best possible outcome for the situation.
In this session we will look at;
- How to effectively convey the result to the Owner
- Negotiating through the outcome
- Managing possible eviction and the consequences
- Finalising the result
There will also be a Q&A segment at the end of the session.
*Note as this session is broadcast across all states this will not be a legislative based session, this session will deal more with the practical side of dealing with tribunal/court hearings, no matter what the legislation or situation.
