How it works at Real+
The team at Real+ have conducted 100’s of hours of Mentoring, and have even had 100’s of hours of formal mentoring themselves throughout their professional careers. One thing we do know, is that the Mentoring process is personal.
The first step is to get in touch and we will arrange a “Complimentary Power Up Session” Our Power Up session is typically 20 – 30 minute Video Conference (dont worry we have the facilities to do this, its easy, or we can even just FaceTime). From this session we will get a good understanding of your position and what you really need support wise to get you to that next part of your development. Be that driving performance, or driving development.
Once this has been nutted out, we will provide some advice on the service we believe is the right one for you, and tailor a program to suit.
